Items Not Meeting Your Expectations

We understand that sometimes a product might not be exactly what you had anticipated. Our return process is designed to be straightforward and fair, giving you peace of mind with every purchase.

To request a refund, please return the item within 14 days of receipt. Provided it remains unused and in its original condition, we’ll issue a full refund through your original payment method.

Items returned between 15 and 30 days after delivery may qualify for a store credit in the form of an Alis Home Store gift voucher, as long as they are returned in their original condition.

Refunds are generally processed within 7 days of receipt. We’ll use the same payment method as your original transaction. If unique circumstances prevent timely returns, reach out to us and we’ll evaluate your case individually.

Timeframes Beyond the Standard Returns Window

Returns outside the specified window may not be accepted. If you send an item back too late, we may return it to your original delivery address, and you could be responsible for the shipping costs involved.

Retaining Proof of Return Shipment

If the shipping service you choose offers proof of posting, we recommend retaining this receipt. It serves as a safeguard for both you and us should anything go missing during the return process.

Maintaining Hygiene and Safety

Certain items are excluded from our return policy for hygiene reasons. These typically include earrings, swimwear, and underwear where hygiene seals or liners have been removed. For example, swimwear must retain its original protective liner to be eligible for return.

Items marked with a ‘+’ or those falling into categories such as makeup, Face + Body products, or underwear must remain sealed and in original packaging. This ensures a high standard of safety and hygiene for all customers.

Condition Requirements for Returned Items

We encourage trying items on carefully before making a decision, but ask that they are not worn beyond a basic fit check. For example, testing shoes indoors briefly is fine, but outdoor use may void eligibility for return.

If returned items are found to be damaged, worn, or otherwise not in acceptable condition, we may be unable to offer a refund and may return the item to you, possibly requiring payment for shipping costs.

All returned products are subject to inspection. Whenever possible, include all original parts such as tags, accessories, and boxes. For instance, returning shoes in their original shoebox helps expedite the review process.

Your Obligations in the Return Process

You are responsible for ensuring your return reaches us safely. Please use secure packaging to prevent damage in transit—such as sturdy boxes or padded envelopes for delicate items.

We cannot accept liability for non-purchased items sent in error. If we can identify them and you wish to retrieve them, additional delivery fees may apply.

Ensuring Fair and Honest Returns

Our returns process is based on mutual trust. If we observe a pattern of misuse—such as repeatedly returning used items—we may deactivate your account and any associated accounts.

We understand that errors can happen. If you believe a decision was made in error, please contact our Customer Care team. We’ll work to resolve the issue with fairness and transparency.

How to Exchange a Product

You may request an exchange within 14 days, provided the replacement shares the same product code. For example, swapping one color of a T-shirt for another of equal value and code is acceptable.

  • Check the product page to confirm the alternative option shares the same product code.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.
  • For different products or codes, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Exchanged items will be sent to the same address and with the same shipping method as the original order. You can update your shipping information in My Account—just remember to save any changes.
